Refund and Return Policy
If you'd like to receive a refund based on the item’s original purchase price and through the same payment method, kindly reach out to us at Accounts@acigroup.in
Items purchased at full price can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The products must be unworn, in their original condition with tags still attached, and should not have been altered in any way. To exchange an item, follow the return procedure.
If your return meets the above conditions, please email us at Accounts@acigroup.in with the details below. We’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for return
We will then provide you with further instructions.
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping
We offer free shipping across India, with all taxes and duties included in the product prices listed on our website.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST will be shipped the same day, while those placed afterward will be shipped on the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package once it has been dispatched, via email.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, if the order has already been processed, cancellations will not be accepted. For cancellations, please contact us at Accounts@acigroup.in as soon as possible.
Club Twenty One reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the full amount if the order hasn’t been processed or approved.
